In a world wide study when these key words were mentioned ... BBQ Spare ribs, Teriyaki cooked salmon, Peppercorn lamb shanks, Chilli and cheese nachos and Garlic dipped crayfish the results were all the same........ a big line of drool out the left side of the mouth!!

So! Where did this sauce come from?? A really big pot of course!! But it was inspired by BBQ sauces of America, home of the spare rib... mmm spare ribs. We knew New Zealand meats deserved better. Something special, something unique, something delicious! The magic created is the famous maple syrup and hickory smoke (WARNING! Yes, it is addictive). Full of our secret spices (no, we wont tell you what they are). If you love our sauces as much as we do... spread the sauce and the word.


The fresh flavors and ingredients of Japanese cuisine make healthy, delicious meals. We have tried to stay true to these ideals by using as much organic and fresh ingredients as possible. Traditionally teriyaki sauce is used to cook meats like steak, chicken, and fish. It is a wonderful way to stir fry vegetables and add flavor to pasta or rice.
